Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer standard shipping to the following regions:

United States: 3-7 business days after processing
Canada: 5-10 business days after processing
Australia: 7-14 business days after processing
International (Europe, Asia, Middle East): 10-20 business days after processing

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, size and order weight:

United States: Starting at $4.75 USD
Canada: Starting at $9.39 USD
Australia: Starting at $8.39 USD
International: Starting at $3.49 USD

Orders $125 USD or more ship FREE to all destinations.
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to that location at this time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at help@threadlee.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot modify addresses after an order has been processed. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
